Welcome to Amy Jeanne Medium. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://amyjmedium.com (the “Website”) and your purchase or participation in the services offered by Amy Jeanne Medium.

The Website and Services are operated by Cypress Consulting LLC, doing business as Amy Jeanne Medium (“Amy Jeanne Medium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our Website, booking an appointment, purchasing a Service, or participating in any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Services

Amy Jeanne Medium provides the following services:

  • One-to-one intuitive readings;

  • One-to-one mediumship readings;

  • Meditation sessions;

  • Group classes and workshops; and

  • Services and classes conducted remotely through Zoom.

Our Services are intended for personal insight, spiritual reflection, entertainment, and supportive guidance.

Because intuitive and mediumship readings are subjective and spiritual in nature, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any information, interpretation, message, impression, or guidance provided during a session.

2. Age Requirement

Our Services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older.

By booking or participating in a Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we have reason to believe that a participant is under 18.

3. Nature of Intuitive and Mediumship Readings

Intuitive and mediumship readings are offered for personal insight, spiritual reflection, entertainment, and supportive guidance.

Information shared during a reading may include intuitive impressions, spiritual perspectives, symbolic interpretations, or messages that you may or may not find meaningful.

We make no representation or guarantee that any particular information, prediction, interpretation, or message is accurate or will occur.

You understand that readings are subjective and that different individuals may experience or interpret them differently.

You are responsible for deciding how, or whether, to use any information received during a reading.

4. No Professional Advice

Our Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional services.

Nothing provided during a reading, meditation, class, or other Service should be interpreted as professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified professional.

If you have a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional concern, you should seek advice from a qualified professional.

You should not delay seeking professional care or disregard professional advice because of anything discussed during one of our Services.

5. Personal Responsibility

By voluntarily participating in our Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions.

You agree to use your own judgment and discretion when considering information received through an intuitive reading, mediumship reading, meditation, group class, or other Service.

No particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

6. Appointments and Zoom Services

Individual readings, meditation sessions, and other appointments are subject to availability.

Certain Services may be provided remotely through Zoom or another third-party platform.

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and any software necessary to participate in a remote session.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, Zoom, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For group classes conducted through Zoom, you are responsible for joining the class at the scheduled time and using the access information provided to you.

7. Payment

Payment for Services is made through PayPal or another payment method made available through the Website.

When you submit payment, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment.

Your use of PayPal may also be subject to PayPal's own terms, conditions, and policies.

A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and the appointment or class has been confirmed.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Individual Appointments

You must provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel an individual reading, meditation session, or other scheduled appointment in order to receive a refund.

If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, subject to any applicable payment-processing limitations.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the payment is non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend or participate in your scheduled appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours' notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the payment will not be refunded.

Group Classes

Payments for group classes are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy, unless a different cancellation policy is specifically stated when you register for a particular class.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, you may receive a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, as well as failure to attend, are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Amy Jeanne Medium

If we need to cancel an appointment or class, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

If we cancel a paid Service and are unable to provide a reasonable rescheduled appointment or class, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that Service.

Nothing in this cancellation policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be accommodated when availability permits.

A request to reschedule made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be treated as a cancellation and may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

10. Group Classes and Participant Conduct

Participants in group classes are expected to treat the instructor and other participants respectfully.

You may not use a class, Zoom session, or other Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another participant;

  • Engage in unlawful conduct;

  • Disrupt the class or session;

  • Record or distribute another participant's private statements without appropriate permission;

  • Share another participant's personal information; or

  • Engage in conduct that interferes with the ability of others to participate.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a class or session for disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct.

Except where required by law, removal from a class because of a participant's misconduct does not create a right to a refund.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and participants.

Information concerning your personal reading or session will not intentionally be shared publicly without your permission, except when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

Please remember that group classes and Zoom sessions involve other participants. We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain the confidentiality of information you voluntarily share during a group setting.

For this reason, please use discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information during group classes.

Our collection and use of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Zoom and Third-Party Services

Some Services are provided using third-party platforms, including Zoom and PayPal.

We do not control the operation, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for problems caused solely by the failure, interruption, or unavailability of a third-party platform.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, audio, written materials, class materials, designs, and other content (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Cypress Consulting LLC and/or Amy Jeanne Medium.

You may use Website Content and materials provided to you as part of a Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

We will not intentionally identify you by name in promotional materials without your permission.

Testimonials represent the experiences of the individuals who provided them and are not a guarantee that another person will have the same experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cypress Consulting LLC, Amy Jeanne Medium, and their owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of another person's rights.
